How do you define spiritual health?

If you are open to understanding spiritual health as a critical foundation for wellness, my coaching will benefit you. Here are a few underlying spiritual principles that I support:

~ Faith is a journey, not a destination. We are all a work in progress and we all have room to grow.

~ Life and peace flow from a spiritually grounded soul.

~ There is a place where each of us ends and God begins. Acknowledging our limitations can actually bring freedom; living into our strengths cultivates health and purpose.

~ We were created to worship. If we do not acknowledge and worship the Creator, we will inevitably worship something else, which results in pain.

~ Spiritual health is about integrity, or wholeness. When we are living out of alignment with our values, we are not well. Integrative coaching seeks to restore wholeness, first through the practice of spiritual integration, and then by integrating all other aspects of health.

What are your personal beliefs?

I am a child of God and a follower of Jesus Christ. I believe that I have been created in the image of God, am loved unconditionally by Him, but am also in need of His grace and help every day. I believe the same is true for every human being. I believe that life, health, peace, joy, and freedom are found in trusting God daily. I do not impose my spiritual beliefs in my coaching practice, but I do freely share them as you have interest.

If you are not a professing Christian: Welcome!! We will work on identifying and integrating your core values and other essential perspectives to improve your overall well-being. We will also wrestle through challenging questions together, in a way that will help you to better define your true beliefs.

If you are a Christ-follower: We will focus on integrating Biblical truth into your life in a way that truly sets you free and allows you to experience the beauty and goodness for which you were created. (John 8:32, 10:10)

Do you only coach women? What ages?

Yes. My coaching practice focuses on adult women (ages 18 and up).

Do you only coach in person?

No. I offer video-based coaching for clients who are out of town or prefer to meet virtually for health reasons.

What is your rate?

My individual coaching rate is $100/hour and unfortunately, I cannot bill insurance. However, I never want financial need to be an obstacle to your health! I’ve been there and it is frustrating. Please let me know if you need to discuss a need-based discount. I also offer coaching packages at a discounted rate. Message me to learn more about this.

What if I can’t attend my scheduled session?

Everyone’s time is important. As a courtesy to myself and others who may be waiting for an appointment, I request a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel. Of course, I will make exceptions for unforeseen circumstances. But in most cases, clients who cancel late or no show their appointment will be charged 50% of their established rate.

How do you accept payment?

I accept cash, personal check, and Venmo or Paypal for Business.
